ESCHATON 2006

“I’ve always wanted to go to Australia ….” How many times time have you said that? C’mon now, be honest. This October you can join Don and Janis Preston and the other guests in Sydney. Stay a little longer and pet a kangaroo, cuddle a koala, tour the harbor see the Opera House and climb the bridge! You may even be one of the lucky ones who may catch a glimpse of the mythical Duck Billed Platypus.

An add on visit to Tasmania may give you an opportunity to tell your friends you have seen a Tasmanian Devil. (Like the platypus another mythical creature).

Oh, and one more thing you’ll need one of these maps.

ESCHATON 2004

Don and Janice Preston first visited Australia in 2004. Don’s presentation was loosely based around his “In the Glory of the Father” series. It was easily the best two days in Word I had ever spent. Many of our questions were answered and many more were raised. Even though Don and Janis come from a vastly different church culture than ours our people and guests took to them immediately.

ESCHATON 2006

This year our conference will run along similar lines. The topic will be “Fervent Heat” drawn from 2 Peter 3:10:

"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."

LADIES MEETING

We kick off this year with Janis Preston speaking at our Ladies meeting on Wednesday night. Her message will be included in the conference CD set.

Don will be the main speaker during the Thursday and Friday day sessions. Others will be announced. We will hold a public meeting on Friday night and a Saturday morning meeting called “Skeptic Saturday”. Don will speak on the central question: “Are We In The Last Days”
