Tom Anderson and David McNaughton of Florida Home Fellowship .com were the creators and sponsors of the 30 second spots that ran three times a day, five days a week. Mr. Anderson and Mr. McNaughton were hoping to reach Christians in their immediate area with the Preterist message. Tom and David purposely created the spots to be 'seeker sensitive,' and truly believed that the spots would not offend any. On the contrary.

Below is the transcript from the radio spot:

"We would like to invite you to discover the exciting revival of the original view of prophecy. When Jesus said, the time was near, at hand and about to occur. Hear how all these things did occur within that generation. Get the facts as to how the 7 year tribulation and the mark of the beast apply to the 1st century not the 21st century. When the station manager contacted Tom and David informing them the spots would be pulled his justification was that they being 'non-orthodox Preterists' deny the Second Coming of Jesus Christ thus making them in effect Heretics! Both Tom and David tried to explain that Preterism does not deny the Second Coming of Christ but places the timing of the Second Coming as a past event not a future event. Their argument fell on deaf ears. The Florida Homefellowship was told to immediately remove the stations call letters from the website!

Not to be silenced, Tom Anderson and David McNaughton have placed their Preterist radio spots on two AM talk stations. They will be heard on AM WPSL and AM WSTU. They have strategically positioned the spots around The Rush Limbaugh Show and The Shawn Hannity Show!
