News: Israel major supplier of arms to Beijing

A congressional commission on China stated in a report recently made public that Israel has become China’s largest arms and weapons technology supplier after Russia. The report stated that the panel "continues to be concerned over Israeli transfers of U.S.-origin technology to China."
In the 1990s, Israel was caught selling China Patriot anti-missile technology that U.S. officials say has ended up in Chinese air defense weapons.
Israel in January 2003 suspended sales of arms to China that could harm U.S. security and a U.S.-Israeli discussion channel was set up to deal with the transfers.
The report by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, established under a 2000 law, disclosed that Amos Yaron, director-general of Israel’s defense ministry, restarted Israeli arms transfers to China in March 2004.
According to the report, while the details of the talks are not known, "the commission understands that Israel has offered training facilities, including one for urban warfare, to train China’s security forces for the Olympics."
Israeli companies are discussing a range of sensitive weapons-related sales to China, including exports of sensor and observation systems, security fences, microwave and optics, training, metal detectors and packages for airport and vital facilities security."
The report said Israel is also helping China develop unmanned aerial vehicles and is selling Tavor personal assault weapons, pilot training systems, advanced communications and surveillance gear and several types of UAVs.
Israeli HARPY anti-radiation drones have been spotted during Chinese exercises near Taiwan.
"The HARPY is designed to detect, attack, and destroy radar emitters," the report said. "These systems pose a significant threat to various critical military C4ISR facilities on Taiwan as well as to U.S. operational forces operating in the region. The UAV has a range of about five hundred kilometers and contains a high-explosive warhead."

If you think you can inoculate yourselves from the charge of anti-semite simply by predicting you'll be called an anti-semite, the technique is just too transparent.
I have never read such lack of faith in God's rule over the affairs of men as I see in your comments. You're obviously very worried, I would say even hysterical, that this nation called "Israel" over there in the middle east just might have some prophetic significance after all. And that is troubling, isn't it?

You confuse knowing something is going to happen with wishing it to happen.
So when Christians in the early first century knew from Matthew 24:1,2 and Luke 21 that judgment was coming and lots of people were going to die in Jerusalem...that meant they wanted people to die?? That would be the logical outcome of the charges you level at me.

Your confustion comes from your background,ie, the lack of studying the Scriptures.You can not read only half of Scriptures and think that you know all of it. First century Jewish-Christians and Gentile-Israelite-Christians were waiting for the old heaven and earth to be destroyed and the "building" of the New Heavens and the New Earth showing the consumation of the age had come. Since you do not know or read all of scripture YOU will never know the Past time of the visitation.We do not wish somthing to happen that we know already happened. In your posts it justs seems that you do not understand the extent of dispensational teaching. Do I know how much you know in a certain suject..Ha Ha. Only God knows that. It is easy to learn a subject, but a little bit harder to unlearn a bad subject or system. With israel selling arms to China, it just shows that they are Business Partners with any one with cash. On the flip side that could almost mean that they are friends to no one unless you have cash. When you say that I speak of you as lost, I see no way to serve man and God at the same time. You seem to be worshiping the creation instead of the creator. Believe in Christ and all that he stands for,repent of your sins, and be baptisted for the remission of those sins and you can be saved. Blah Blah, been there, done that and got the t-shirt. You also,brought up Gods promises to Abraham. It is said in the New Testement that if God wants to make these stones (rocks) as Abrahams heirs, that he can.
