Hence, the infinite wisdom of God knew from the beginning what the ways of man would do, Genesis 11:6.
Today, those condoning and or participating in the horrid activities of this subject have gone so far as to initiate radio, television, and computer programs reaching into the homes and attracting children. These broadcasts put forth their weird thoughts, ideas, and unnatural carnal desires before the public, including our children and we wonder why our country and world are in such moral decay and why God is unknown in a nation claiming to be founded by God. Some of these programs during prime-time, also known as family time, are sponsored by large corporations who reap their fortunes from families with small children and teenagers.
The Bible is the Inspired Word of God, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, for His elect people, Christians, followers of Christ, who are a nation of people unto God-2 Peter 2:1-10; Revelations 7:9-10; are in the literal world but are not a part of it. They live separately unto God, Romans 6:16. This covenant, the Will of God through His Christ:- teaches one how to become a Christian and travel the narrow road, Matthew 7:14, of eternal life, John 5:24; 8:51; in the kingdom of God and His Christ by living in the righteousness of Christ as a member of His body the church, Ephesians 4; Colossians 1. This covenant also warns those who choose to travel the broad road of sensuality and carnality, the natural mode of life-Galatians 5:19-21; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 of their being dead while they live, Romans 6:23; that is, no relationship, communication with God-Romans 8:6-8.
The vast majority of those confessing by mouth to be a Christian are unwilling to forsake the things of the society of man and travel with God in the narrow road. They can not push aside the things of the physical senses for the spiritual things of God, the inner man. They do not see with the inner eye. They satisfy their carnal, fleshly desires, physical senses, and while doing so they are dead spiritually even though alive physically. They are the walking dead. They are dead in sin, not dead to sin. They have no relationship with God and His Christ, His Word.
One path of this broad road is homosexuality.
Regardless of what mortal society may offer, or that their laws may allow one to practice:- homosexuality is a grievous (atrocious, heinous, deplorable) sin. To not know God is to not know sin. Ignorance of God’s law for accountable (liable, responsible) adults does not excuse one for disobedience to God’s law even though such disobedience, neglect, may allow one to acquire all the worldly, material, wealth that one desires and live in material luxury.
God gave specific instructions concerning homosexuality to the Levitical priesthood of His first covenant people through whom God established His perfect plan of Salvation-John 4:22; for those of man that repent, live in obedience to and are faithful to, that are too clear to misunderstand.
“If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.” Leviticus 20:13. (NKJV)
“If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them.” (NASV)
“A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 22:5.
Even though Christians are not under the Mosiac Law, first covenant, it was written as a history of how God brought His perfect plan of Salvation to all nations through one elect nation of people. It was thus written for learning.
“For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.” Romans 15:4 (NKJV) See also Ephesians 3; Revelation 12:10; 19:10.
The book of Leviticus is made up with the laws:- chiefly the ecclesiastical laws, which God gave to the children of Israel by Moses while they were in the wilderness for forty years. The entire law given through Moses is but a shadow of that which was to come; that is, the New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-34) that was revealed and consummated for God’s people during the time A. D. 30-A. D. 70, beginning with the cross of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 8:13).
The book of Leviticus was recorded between (approximately) 1492 and 1452 B. C. These laws primarily concerned the sacrifices and offerings, their meats and drinks, divers washings, moral conduct, and other peculiarities by which God set the children of Israel apart for Himself and to establish the church:- and thus distinguish them from other nations of people, all of which were the forerunner of the better things to come, which are realized in and superceded by the Gospel (Good News) of Christ (Matthew 5:17; Ephesians 3:1-21).
The book is called Leviticus, because it contains the laws and ordinances of the “Levitical Priesthood” (as it is called, Hebrews 9:11), and the ministrations of it. The Levities, one of the twelve tribes of Israel, and thus chosen by God to be the priesthood tribe (Numbers 17:1-18:7) were charged with these institutions, both to do their part and to TEACH THE PEOPLE OF GOD’S NATION.
This law of God for His people is against unnatural lusts, sodomy and beastality, sins not to be named nor thought of without the utmost abhorrence imaginable. Other sins level man (male and female) with the natural animal creature, but these sins sink them much lower than the animal creature (beast). That even there should have been occasion for the making of these laws, and since they are published in the Bible, that they should have been broken, is the perpetual (continuous) reproach and scandal of human nature. The giving of men and women up to these vile affections (that they participate in); either from moral or humanistic standards, let alone Christian standards:- is dis-obedience to the Will of God.
“He that has an indisputable right to command us, that is God; yet because He-God-will deal with man as man, condescends to reason with men. Our heavenly Father, in kindness to us, requires of us that we keep ourselves clean, and do not wallow in the dirt.”
“See the wickedness in the nature of man. How abominable and filthy is the motor of man, the mind. “Lord what is man? says David; what a vile creature is he when left to himself!” Vile, shameless, sensual indulgence, such as cannot herein be named. The sodomy of the first century A. D. was common among the Gentile nations and is often spoken of without a sense of shame by their writers. It was prohibited neither by their religion nor law, and was acknowledged without shame.” (B. W. Johnson.)
Adam Clarke, in his commentary on 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, illustrates the caution and hesitation about referring to certain sins. He declared, “Several of the evils here enumerated will not bear to be particularly explained; they are however, sufficiently plain of themselves, and show us what abominations were commonly practiced among the Corinthians.”
Despite the clamor (roar, yellow, howl, bellow, scream) of the homosexual community and the mis-legislation in many of the religious world, God’s Word in the new covenant (powerfully, vigorously) condemns this sin.
“For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.” Romans 1:26-27 (NKJV)
“For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.” Romans 1:26-27 (NASV)
It is not pleasant to scold participants in some corrupt, evil, foul, disgusting, gross, putrid, rotten, sins, but yet, it is needful.
Homosexuality is a word proclaimed these days with frequency in all forms of media. This sexual perversion, corruption, abuse, misuse, is reckoned in God’s Word as a heinous, atrocious, horrendous, wicked, sin. Young people should be taught and warned against the hardened, debased, wretched, immoral sodomites. God, through His Christ, will save all who will hear, obey and faithfully continue in obedience to His Will. This sin is abhorred and, if persisted in, will keep one out of God’s kingdom permanently.
It may be granted that social and parental background and glandular imbalance may contribute to the weakness in a person, but we must not condone the practice. God’s perfect plan of Salvation, “the law of the Spirit of life in Christ ” (Romans 8:2); is “the law of the mind” (Romans 7:25). Each individual of sound mind is to “work out their own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12). This must be done in obedience to God’s will (Matthew 7:21); it can not be to the doctrines of men (Matthew 15:9).
There are two systems in the world, living side by side (Romans 6:16); each person (individual) lives in obedience to one or the other; that is, the spiritual body of God through His Christ, the church, (kingdom), or the society of man. A participant in this moral pollution is a sinner even though confessing to be a Christian. A Christian or one who wants to become a Christian can not be influenced by society:- psychological, and or medically on this. They present only the view of man and not God.
AN ABOMINATION. Moses declared that sodomy was punishable by death under the first covenant that God made with His elect people. This shows God’s unequivocal condemnation of such malpractice. Not only was and is the sin of homosexuality (including both gay and lesbian) an abomination to God, it is also obnoxious to all normal, honorable people.
When messengers come to Lot’s house at Sodom (Sodomite; from the Hebrew word kaw-dashe; a (male) devotee (by prostitution) to licentious idolatry), the men of the city, “even the men of Sodom,” came by requesting that Lot’s guest be delivered to them that they might “know them.” One meaning of the Hebrew word know, yaw-dah is “lie by man”. Lot persuaded them against doing “so wickedly”, and he even offered his two daughters to these beastly men. When they threatened to force their way into Lot’s house, the angels (messengers) of the Lord smote them with blindness (Genesis 19).
God appeared, spoke, in various ways during the first covenant (Hebrews 1:1) but He speaks today through His Son, His Word (Revelation 12:10; 19:10).
The perverts of Gibeah in Benjamin are identified as “sons of Belial.” The Levite and his concubine were guests of “an old man.” These base (dirty, sorid, contemptible, cowardly, degraded, wretched, corrupt, disreputable) fellows beset his house and beat the door and demanded, “Bring forth the man that came into thine house, that we may know him” (Judges 19:22). They sought to commit an abomination. In commentary on Judges 19:22, (William Jenks), wrote; “they desired the gratification of that most unnatural and worse than brutish lust, expressly forbidden by the law of Moses, and called an abomination, Leviticus 18:22. They that are guilty of it are ranked in the New Testament among the worst and vilest of sinners (1 Timothy 1:10) and such as shall not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9). This was the sin of Sodom and thence was called Sodomy.”
Under the first covenant, which is also the history of how God brought forth Realized Salvation:- the nation of Judah “did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked Him to jealousy with their sins which they committed, more than all that their fathers had done.” 1 Kings 14:22 (NKJV) “and there were also sodomites in the land: they did according to all the abominations of the nations which Jehovah drove out before the children of Israel.” 1 Kings 14:24 (ASV). The Sodomites were so named after the men of Sodom who were guilty of homosexual sin, Genesis 19:4-5.
When Asa, king of Judah, “did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, as did David his father”, 1 Kings 15:11, “He (God-JCD) took away the sodomites out of the land,” v. 12.
Under the new covenant that was consummated in A. D. 70 when the first (old) was fulfilled God allows mortal man his biological lifetime to either serve God or Satan, Sin, Romans 6:16; 8:1-14. At biological death, Genesis 3:9; 35:18; man is judged, Hebrews 9:27. There is no second chance after biological death and there is no several hundreds or several thousands of years of waiting.
Society with the blessing of the national government continually and consistently break down and tear apart the moral fiber, character, of the physical nation by condoning and allowing the practice of such degrading things as homosexuality. The net result is that youth never receive firm training that allows them to build a firm foundation. Many of those professing to be Christians bend to support it. God’s ways are not taught in society and Christians many times are not strong enough in training their own and their children in God’s ways.
“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:7-9. (NKJV)
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, The just shall live by faith." Romans 1:16-17. (NKJV)

The practice of homosexuality is a blight, disease, decay, to society. It misleads and misdirects the youth. It incites tumult, provokes anger, and produces emotional disturbance. Its abnormal intimate relationship accelerates the spread of diseases of many types; and especially AIDS. Its lifestyle leads to insecurity, heartache, loneliness, sorrow, depravity, and despair in biological life as well as eternal death from God even while living in the biological vessel, body. Such life style confuses children, frustrates the moral character of law abiding citizens, and evidences a wanton disrespect for God, the Creator of all things.
In Romans 1 we find the unfolding of the decadence of the Gentiles who were not in the nation of God under the first covenant. However, the repentant were being brought into that nation of God during the revealing and consummation of the new covenant during the period A. D. 26-A. D. 70. Sodomy was a practice common to the Gentiles during this time. Here we find not only is this sin an abomination as committed by males but also by females, for Paul writes;
“26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.
27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a *debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; *Romans 7:25
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers,
30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;
32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them”. Romans 1:26-32-NKJV.
In the king James version the effeminate and abusers of themselves with mankind means in our modern language (tongue) homosexuals; that is both male and female for the word man in the original Hebrew can mean either. Though such person(s) do not obey and live in accord with God’s will while in their mortal vessel (Romans 8:5-8); ultimately they will be accountable to God (Genesis 1:26-27; 3:19; Ecclesiastes 12:7; 1 Thessalonians 4:4-8; Hebrews 9:27).
The sin of homosexuality is in the same category with fornication, idolatery, drunkard, etc. If we condone one on the ground of weakness and psychological factors, then we may consistently excuse the others! No way! The Bible teaches that such unrighteousness keeps one from the kingdom of God. It is the worship of flesh and blood (natural man) and thus is not in the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 15:50).
God’s new covenant, as did the old, very plainly establishes the exceeding sinfulness of homosexuality.
“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-10. If those that practiced such in the Covenant Transition period of time could not inherit the kingdom when it was consummated, How can such be in the kingdom of God today that exists side by side with the kingdoms of the world. They aren’t: Romans 6:16; Revelation 7:9-10; 22:14-15.
The homosexual sinner is no different from all other sinners. Each has the opportunity to repent, completely change, put to death the old man of sin, and put on Christ the new man in the new creation in Christ. It is not an unpardonable sin. Some of the Corinthians during the Covenant Transition (conversion) period, A. D. 26-A. D. 70, were engaged in this sin. The apostle Paul told them, “And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:11. (NKJV)
When man (male and female) chooses sin, Romans 8:8; and stoops to twisting God’s Inspired Word, Scripture, so that he can rationalize that what he is doing is good and right in the sight of society, he has fallen to the bottom of the barrel of corruption. This is exactly what is ongoing in American society today. People who want to enjoy the temporal pleasures of the flesh and blood man, the things of sin, but do not want to face up to their being dead to divine relationship with God are rationalizing that their actions are in accord with God’s Will. Such is extremely confusing to the young and those not well read in God’s will, which includes most. This applies to all sinners and those who have fallen to the sin of homosexuality are no exception. In this depraved and perverted state they seek to prove that they have God’s blessing. Such attempt at explaining their life-style is not only false doctrine; but self-deceit.
Webster defines “rationalize” as: “to devise superficially rational, or plausible, explanations or excuses for (one’s acts, beliefs, desires, etc.) usually without being aware that these are not the real motives.” This is self-deceit. If one tries to justify sin by using God’s Will, he ceases to be rational. He no longer possesses the power of reason. It is most definitely not the proper use of reasoning that “gay libbers” use in attempting to justify their actions by using Scripture. It is improper use of reasoning. It is self-deceit.
Homosexuals twist Scripture to fit their own beliefs, purpose. In attempting to explain away Leviticus 20:13 and 18:22, homosexuals explain that God desired the children of Israel to increase in number, and so any sex that did not reproduce was considered sin. They overlook the fact that man cannot add to God’s Word, Deuteronomy 4:1-2; 12:32; Proverbs 30:5-6; Revelation 22:18-19. They also overlook the fact that God’s Will nowhere says that a relationship between husband and wife that does not procreate children is sin. Another obvious point that homosexuals overlook is the fact that the homosexual relationship does not reproduce and thus proves in itself that it is against nature and God’s will. If a homosexual relationship is natural and good, as they would have you to believe, then God would have blessed such with the ability to bear children. They further broaden their self-deceit by going on to explain that because society has a population problem, that it is no longer a sin to enter into this type of relationship, which does not bear children. Where does God’s Word speak of a population problem as defined by the society of man? Speak of inconsistency. By using their line of reasoning, which is that prevalent to all sinners, one could justify beastiality, which is also condemned in God’s Will, Leviticus 18:23.
Why did God forbid intimate relationship with other members of the immediate flesh and blood family, that would produce children (i.e., mothers, daughters-in-law, aunts, sisters, sister-in-law, etc.)? It is obvious to the person that studies God’s Will and uses both common sense and reason, that God’s purpose for intimate relationship must include a male and a female (man and woman) that are married to each other:
“And He answered and said to them, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?” Matthew 19:4-5 (NKJV).
God named man and woman, Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. God said man and woman; husband (male) and wife (female); not woman and woman; not man and man; not boy and girl; not unmarrieds. Before the flood God put man and woman, male and female into the Ark, “And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in,” Gen. 7:16. (KJV) This male and female included both human and animal creatures.
Homosexual libbers also claim that Jesus had nothing to say about homosexuality; and therefore, neither condemned or condoned it. The statement that Jesus made, as recorded by Matthew, is all that He needed to make! Here Jesus lays down that which is normal and in accord with His Father’s Will, God. He has given authority to the male-female (man-woman) marriage relationship: any other relationship; including immature boy-girl and unmarried male-female is without God’s authority and therefore a sin, because man cannot add to nor take away from God’s covenant with His elect people.
Another common misconception that the homosexuals would have you believe is that all homosexuals are born that way, in other words God created them to be “gay,” “lesbians,” “homosexuals,” and that He (God) chooses not to change them. There is no reliable evidence, medical or otherwise, to substantiate that homosexuals are born that way! Children are born in innocence, without being accountable for sin, for they know not right from wrong. Children are in the kingdom of God, Matthew 18:1-6; 19:14. Adults, man and woman, must become as innocent as children in mind and deed, 1 Cor. 14:20. The theory that “homosexuals are born homosexuals” contradicts the Bible and would make God to be the Creator of that which is Sin. God and Christ do not sin. God manifest Himself as Jesus, His Word in the flesh, “to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him,” 2 Corinthians 5:21.
However, this is applicable only when one accepts Christ by living in obedience to the Will of God.
God’s second covenant is the law of the mind, Romans 7:25; 8:2; not the law of the flesh and blood works of the natural man, Hebrews 10:1-4; Galatians 5:19-21. God’s creation, man (male and female) have the ability to become homosexual, murders, drunkards, child-molesters, wife-beaters, thieves, adulterers, etc. However, each also has the ability to become a “Son of God,” Christian. Just because God grants freedom of choice, serve Him or society of man, sin; spiritual Adam or natural Adam; does not mean that He made one to be what one is, if one chooses unrighteousness.
Several years ago a major publication reported that more than 3300 beliefs, religious faiths, exist. God’s Will says that there is ONLY ONE, Ephesians 4:4-6, for those that serve Him.
If Jesus did not say anything about homosexuals, so what. He very plainly told His apostles that He had not told them all that He had to tell them, John 16:1-15. He very plainly told them that He would send the Comforter, Helper, to them after He ascended to the Father, John 14:26; 15:16. He did, the Holy Spirit came to the apostles, Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; on the day of Pentecost, 10 days after Christ ascended. He, the Holy Spirit revealed the complete mystery that included all that Jesus had not previously told the apostles. So it, homosexuality was condemned by the Holy Spirit of God an equal in the Godhead: God (Father); Son; Spirit.
Homosexuals feel that it is perfectly all right for two homosexuals (gays or lesbians) to be married to each other, but that sexual relationships outside that relationship is sin. Talk about twisting to suit your own self-deceit.
In the beginning God established that which is normal in His world, i.e., the man-woman (male-female) marriage relationship. In the Romans text we see that the Holy Spirit defined homosexuality to the apostle Paul as unnatural, unseemingly, and a dishonor by establishing that this type of intimate relationship, homosexuality, is unnatural. The Holy Spirit of God proves that a person is not born a homosexual. Who will you believe?
This “born a homosexual” has become such a part of not only the homosexual community but society as a whole that the American Psychiatric Association created a diagnostic category named, “Sexual Orientation Disturbance,” for homosexuals. (Time, January 8, 1979, P. 48.) The movement toward “normality” and “acceptability” for the homosexual way of life has become a very militant path of travel in the broad road of sin. So much so that some religious groups cry to accept homosexuality as just an alternate life style. An alternate life style is permissible in the society of man, the broad highway of sin, but totally unacceptable in the narrow way, God’s way. There is only one way in the narrow path, God’s way. The Presbyterian church of the United States voted in its General Assembly AGAINST a motion calling homosexuality a sin. (The Knoxville News-Sentinel, Friday, June 16, 1978.)
There is no such term for the church of God found in God’s Will. It makes no difference what you call it, nor how many religious affiliations of the society of man vote against calling it a sin:- nor how many nations governments defend and authorize it. Homosexuality is still sin and sin that God’s Word condemns, Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Genesis 19; Leviticus 18, 20 and more.
Homosexuality is not just another lifestyle, it is error, it is sin. People are not born as homosexuals, they, by choice, become homosexuals. Alcohol and tobacco are also psychologically addictive but after they have been tried and consumed for years before addition. Every homosexual at one point, at one time, made their free choice to explore the sin of homosexuality.
Homosexual marriages or relationships can not fulfill God’s holy purpose for marriage. In another Genesis Scripture we read;
“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." Genesis 1:27-28 (NKJV).
Man (male and female) are created in the image of God. Animal creatures are not created in the image of God. God does not look like human creatures. God is a Spirit, John 4:24. Man is like God in personality, having intellect, sensibility, will, ability to reason. Animal creatures have not spirit, only body and soul.
They act and react from their nature and repetition. Spirit (mind) is the image of God in which man was created. It is common in society to refer to man as ‘body, soul, and spirit’. However, God’s order is just the opposite, 1 Thessalonians 5:23. Man can serve God or sin. He has a choice. Animal creatures can only serve their animal nature for they have not a mind, spirit. It is not natural or common for animals of different kinds to be intimate; male to male or female to female when intimate relationships are involved. Children are to have father and mother, male and female, man and woman. All intimate relationships between husband and wife (male and female), do not pro-create a child, but has an obvious biological function in God’s plan, 1 Corinthians 7:9. Contain means self-restraint. The NKJV reads; “but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.” Contain from the Greek means: to be self-controlled, continent, (to exhibit self-government, conduct one’s self temperately:) with respect in everything, every way, 1 Corinthians 9:25; of those who cannot control sexual desire, 1 Corinthians 7:9. Young’s Literal Translation reads: “And if they have not continence.” Continence means; “In a general sense, the restraint which a person imposes upon his desires and passions; self-command,” (Webster’s Dictionary of the American English Language, 1828).
Homosexuality, like all other sin comes from violating God’s New Covenant, The Law of the Mind. All of God’s plan is geared to relationship between masculine and feminine. God is masculine, the husband of Israel; Israel is feminine, the wife of God and mother of God’s elect children, Isaiah 50:1; 54:5. First Covenant Israel suffered birth pangs and delivered the new creation in Christ, the new heaven and earth, the new Jerusalem (church), Revelation 12:1-6. The New Covenant continues this message: Christ the Word of God, the bridegroom during the Covenant Transition Period: the church the bride, Revelation 19:7-10: God the Father the husband, All In All, when the perfection was consummated.
It makes no difference by what name you call it or how you define it, homosexuality is not God’s way and can never be defended by the society of man, government or religion, by twisting Scripture in an attempt to cover up the sin.
Christians are in the material world due to their material body but the body of Christ, the church, that Christians are members of is not material and therefore, Christians may not be a part of the material world, society of man, other than to feed, clothe, provide physical medicine for their biological vessel and the biological vessel of their family members. The weapons of the Christian are those described in Ephesians 6:10-17. God’s children no longer war with carnal, physical weapons, 2 Cor. 10:3-4. If such were to be authorized in the New Covenant then Jesus would have used them to protect Himself the night the Jews come to crucify Him. How can a Christian honestly say he is a Christian when he donates to; campaigns for; votes for; and who knows what else to get a person elected to government office:- who then votes to support homosexuality, adultery, child pornography, unmarried motherhood, and or make carnal warfare against another nation killing innocent children and Christians of other physical nations! How can a person calling himself Christian be an active member of such government whether it be local, state or national?
During the time of the Covenant Transition Period we find that officials of the physical kingdoms of the world, Romans 13, were God’s ministers to maintain control of those who rejected God and lived the ways of the world of man. Christians then had to obey civil laws since they were living in their biological vessel and such was the example the rest of the world saw from them even though such laws were not necessary for Christians living in obedience to God’s law for they did not break them. However, those living outside God’s law had to be controlled by someone. The same is true today, some 1900 years plus, after the New Covenant was consummated.
Christians are still in the biological vessel and it is what shows the world who you are and civil laws are also still for those not obeying God’s law, Romans 8:6-8; 13:1-7.
Many calling themselves Christians need to learn what God’s Word teaches, then obey it!
Christians are alive both biologically and spiritually:- for they have that divine relationship with God and their communion with Him provides them eternal life and forgiveness of their sins through Jesus Christ whose blood provides the one time eternal atonement for the sins of the repentant, faithful and obedient of man. They commune with God in bright material daylight or the darkest of night for God and His Christ dwell with them continually, Revelation 12:10; 19:10; 21:3. What else do they need? God uses laws of physical governments to control those living in disobedience to God’s law, habitual sinners who live by self-deceit and a procrastinating mouth until God judges them at their biological death, judgment. Christians living continually in the righteousness of Christ, obedience to God’s Word, have passed from death to life. See John 5:24; 8:51; 1 John 1-5; Hebrews 9:26-28.
If Christ has not yet made His presence (second appearing) permanent with God’s people, How are Christians sins forgiven? If He has not yet returned and completed the eternal sacrifice, Leviticus 16, How do we know that God has accepted it? If He has not yet returned to God’s elect people of the New Covenant and told them God accepted the blood of Jesus as the eternal atonement and that the mansion, church, New Jerusalem, was built, you best get back to doing the animal sacrifices until He does return! You also need to rewrite the grammar for all languages (tongues) to reflect your definition of nouns, pronouns, antecedents, and the tenses since they disagree with those that God’s Word was first recorded in. It is thus easy to understand that the vast majority of those calling themselves religious Christians are in fact members of Satan’s society.
It is the responsibility of the Christian, when confronted with the issue, to give Bible instruction as plainly as the Bible reveals them. It is not the responsibility of the Christian to go out looking for and making trouble with those groups. They make their own trouble with God each passing moment of their mortal life. It is the responsibility of the Christian to live apart from the things of the world (natural man mode of life) and live in conformity with the (spiritual man mode of life), Christ (1 Corinthians 15:35-49), the second Adam. See Galatians 5:16-26; 2 Corinthians 10:1-6; Ephesians 6:10-17.
In Leviticus 18:29, KJV, “For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.” The physical Israelites could not remain in the nation of God’s people. They were cut off; required to depart from the society of Israel by death mostly for such violations. It was physical, biological death. See Acts 2:47 for the New Covenant authority.
The new covenant God made with His elect nation of people was purchased with the blood of His Son, Jesus, who came in the flesh to make that perfect and one-time atonement for sin for the repentant, faithful and obedient of man. Christ, as the Word of God is the power and authority of God (Revelation 12:10) and He is the High Priest forever for God’s nation of people. The following is what God’s new covenant that became fully consummated in A. D. 70 has to say about the preciousness of the blood of Jesus Christ and what the cost is to those who trample it under foot by living in the world of sin. It is not physical, biological death that separates one from God. It is sin (spiritual) death, no divine communication, relationship, with God. The material life one lives will manifest whether one lives for the things of the world or the things of God. For those covering up God knows which life is lived; therefore it behooves the Christian to live continuously in accord with God’s Word, Will.
Hebrews 10:1-39
“1 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year.
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.
5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: "Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but a body You have prepared for Me.
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you had no pleasure.
7 Then I said, 'Behold, I have come-- in the volume of the book it is written of Me-- to do Your will, O God.' "
8 Previously saying, "Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them" (which are offered according to the law),
9 then He said, "Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first that He may establish the second.
10 By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Christ once for all.
11 And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,
13 from that time waiting till His *enemies are made His footstool.
14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
15 But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before,
16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,"
17 then He adds, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."
18 Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.
19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of ,
20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,
21 and having a High Priest over the house of God,
22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
28 Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is Mine; I will repay," says the Lord. And again, "The Lord will judge His people."
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
32 But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings:
33 partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly while you became companions of those who were so treated;
34 for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven.
35 Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.
36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:
37 "For yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back, my soul has no pleasure in him."
39 But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.” (NKJV). *All that do not obey, live in accord with, the Will, Word of God, are the enemies of Christ the Word of God and are the footstool of God and His Christ, Word. This is not a yet future thing to happen.
God’s new covenant judges man by every act, deed, word, thought; continuously; at the mortal death of that biological vessel the spirit [mind, soul, inner person (heart)] returns to God for eternity and it’s eternal reward (Genesis 1:26-27; 3:19; 35:18; Ecclesiastes 12:7; Colossians 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8; Hebrews 9:27).
The question must be asked, has mortal man really advanced in spirituality and morality since the first century A. D.? All the so-called advancement of mankind, the human race, in technology, has forgotten God:- and has brought about the demise of the family relationship and to extent the demise of the church family (who prefer individual and or biological family as opposed to God’s spiritual family) and which has a tendency to follow human society six days a week and God one day a week (Most can only give from 1-2 hours on that day) and let human society teach their children.
To know God is to know sin. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the people of the world do not know, understand God, and therefore, do not know what sin is? Americans are taught from childhood that individual freedom, notwithstanding God’s Law (Will), is the right of every individual. That is not what God says, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven”, Matthew 7:21(NKJ).
2 Corinthians 6:16-18;
“And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the Living God. As God has said: I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people. Therefore Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean. And I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” NKJV
