What do we make of this account? There are so many glaring problems with this passage. Does anyone else see this?

No mention by Paul in 1 Corinthians 15 AT ALL! MANY appeared to MANY! MANY is a multitude is it not? No mention by other gospel writers whether the other two synoptics or John's! No extrabiblical reports. No mention of this event by Peter or anyone else on Pentecost or anytime soon or later thereafter! Also apparently NOT ONE of the MANY to whom these MANY appeared to was an apostle, or in spite of an appearance to an apostle or anyone affiliated with one not a single sentence or word! Not a single report AT ALL! The word used for resurrection had not been used as of yet in the new testament nor is it used again. Earthly Jerusalem was not generally refered to as the Holy City as of yet. This is a term that doesn't appear in the new testament until later in Revelation and even then it refers to the New Jerusalem. I'm at a loss here. Was this account taken from a non-canonical gospel at some early point of copying? Reason I say early is cause it is not lacking in a single greek manuscript. Not one.
