If you are able to get this or see it do so! The reconstruction is informative as is the narrative. The detail below is from station's website.

DOCUMENTARY - THE MAN WHO SAVED ROME
This documentary explores the career of Vespasian, one of Rome's greatest emperors. Following the leader's life from his childhood to his death in 79 AD the program gives insight into the sophisticated workings of the Roman Empire. Augustus founded the Roman Empire 2000 years ago. It was his wish for the empire to be ruled by his descendents, however after 100 years of imperial rule Augustus' dream had become a nightmare in the hands of his heirs. With the infamous Emperor Nero committing suicide in 68AD, a civil war ensued as the monarchy had no procedure for succession to the throne in the absence of an heir. (From the UK, in English).
